At Salons Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional beauty supplies; if an item isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like scissors, razors, and opened liquids cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original product packaging and place them in a sturdy shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse undamaged.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
